Amy and Thomas visit

This is my first blog on this website. always has the idea of dropping sth here, recording and sharing some nice moments with friends and families. My lazy make it comes a little bit delay. Hehe....anyway, comes finally ...

It is a normal weekend in silicon valley, shinning sun, quiet, still a little bit spring chill...but, somebody's coming make this normal day SPECIAL.

Amy and Thomas r young couple from HK. (actually not so HKnese, live abroad for too long, sometimes i can not catch what they r talking, they will interpreter English to mandarin under the help of dictionary:-))...omg..oh, suddenly feel not so comfortable write in English? I am too Cnglish and Chinese? let me use mandarin here...

栋东同志一如既往地进兢兢业业， 提前2天就在开始琢磨要烧什么菜。 有点头痛， 据说Amy小姐是有点挑剔的哦。 最终定下了菜单， 不谈好吃， 至少要让Amy开口能吃。 怎么办？ 等着瞧！

前菜： 三文鱼（自己腌制），金枪鱼（新鲜生吃），生蠔 （新鲜生吃）， 新鲜羊奶奶酪（自己制作），鳕鱼（新鲜生吃）
第一道菜： 大龙虾面
第二道菜： 剑鱼卷
甜点： 提拉米苏

吃吃烧烧喝喝聊聊，不知不觉大家竟然发现已经半夜一点。 不说也明白了， 等着瞧的结果是非常开心的一餐， Amy平常不碰的东西也吃了， 而且反馈是满意的哦。

要值得一提的是，
传说中的提拉米苏， 不负众望， 给了栋东继续提高厨艺的信心。 Thomas开生蠔的技术很赞。 他们带来的巧克力很滑，酒很灵， 谢谢。

有待提高的是， 开始做菜有点晚， 让客人久等了。 下次记得前菜要提早准备装盘。

期待意大利碰头，一起香港之行， 香港海鲜。。。
