Ingredients
500 | Gram | strawberries |
250 | Gram | sugar |
1⁄2 | Cup | water |
1 | lemon | |
1 | Pinch | salt |
Instructions
Add sugar and water and boil for a few minutes until all the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature.
Clean the strawberries add the lemon jiuce and salt and and puree them in a blender or food processor.
add the puree to the sugar syrup and freeze in a ice cream machine.
If an ice cream machine is not available use a shallow dish in the freezer and stir it at least every 10-15 minutes.
