Instructions
1. Halve the lobster lengthwise and remove the vein.(8 half lobster tails)
2. Cut the half meat into pieces, remove the shell where possible.(4 half lobster tails)
3. Do not cut rest lobster tails into pieces. the half tail with shell will bring a good looking of the dish, as shown in pictures.(4 half lobster tails)
4. Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan and saute the garlic.
5. Add the lobsters, bay leaves and saute.
6. Add the white wine, grated hot pepper, chopped parsley and tomato sauce in pan.
7. Simmer for 30 minutes over a low heat.
8. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to standard procedure.
9. Combine the lobster sauce and spaghetti.
10. Serve hot.
