Instructions
1. Trim the Filet Mignon.
2. Preheat the grill-pan to proper temperature. once it is hot enough, adjust the fir to lower level. (let a few drops of cold water fall on it, if the water just bounces and sputters, the pan is ready to use).
3. Brush Filet Mignon with olive oil, sprinkle salt, put it into pan. (as the Filet Mignon shown in pictures, we cook 3 minutes each side, cooking level: rare)
4. Turn the Filet Mignon once.
5. Move the Filet Mignon to a plate, let it rest for 5 minutes covered with aluminum.
6. Sprinkle pepper, serve immediately. Green vegetable and tomato can be used as garnish.
