Ingredients

Instructions
1. Halves zucchini lengthwise, and spoon out the zucchini flesh with a small sharp knife leaving a boat shape.
2. Cutting the zucchini flesh into small cubes.
3. Cutting the tomatoes into small cubes
4. mixed zucchini flesh, olive(remove the pit,cut in half), tomatoes evenly in a bowl. Season with salt, olive oil and pepper at same time.
5. Spoon the mixture into the zucchini shells and top each with slices of mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake it in a preheat oven(400F) for about 30 minutes.
7. Transfer to a serving dish.
