Description

Easy and tasteful, be ready in 5 min.
It is a great way to treat shrimp with this fancy sauce. if you are lucky enough, prawn and lobster are perfect here as well.

Ingredients

1Poundpraws or shrimp
  white pepper
1 hard boiled egg yolk
1Teaspoondijon style mustard
1Tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1⁄4 lemon
4Tablespoontomato ketchup
1Teaspoonwhite wine
  salt
1Tablespoonheavy cream (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the shrimp by cooking them in boiling water, around 3 minutes will be ready. if choose prawn, 10 minute boiled is needed.
2. Shell the shrimp and put into dish plate, for cool.(black vein along the curve of shrimp need to be moved, tail can be kept optionally).
3. beat egg yolk and mustard(if have blender, that is the best way).
4. Then put into oliver oil, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, white wine, salt, white pepper, to mix well.(if use blender, need blend very briefly.
5. Can be served.

Notes

before served, u can put the sauce in refrigerator for a while, chill well.
