Description

Split English Muffins topped with Salmon and poached eggs. An ideal late morning brunch on the weekends.

Ingredients

2 English Muffin
4 poached eggs
 Gramsalt, pepper
4Slicecured salmon
  dijon style mustard

Instructions

1. Split the English Muffin in half.
2. Paste mustard sauce on the muffin.
3. Place each half muffin with slices salmons.
4. Place the poached eggs on top of Salmon.
5. sprinkle the pepper on top for flavor.
