Instructions
1. Slice the pineapple to 0.5cm. Peel skin and get rid of core.
2. Preheat the grill-pan to proper temperature. once it is hot enough, adjust the fir to lower level. (let a few drops of cold water fall on it, if the water just bounces and sputters, the pan is ready to use).
3. Arrange the pineapple slices in a layer.Cook until the pineapple is seared on all sides about 8 minutes.
4. Turn the pineapple once in midway through the cooking time.
5. Transfer slices to to dish plate, dip fresh lime juice or dark rum wine.
6. Serve immediately.
