Description

The Italians continually rearrange and reconstruct a limited number of ingredients: bread, tomato, garlic, olive oil, and herb. Bruschetta is one of the artwork using mentioned ingredients.

Ingredients

4Slicebread
4Teaspoonextra virgin olive oil
1Clovegarlic
  salt
1Tablespoonbasil
1⁄4Cuptomatoes (chopped and well drained)
  white pepper (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Toast the bread slice until nicely crisp and browned.
2. Rub both sides of the toasted bread with the cut flat sides of the garlic. Rub as much or as little as you like.
3. mix the chopped tomatoes and basil in a small cup. Season with salt and wither pepper to taste.
4. Place the crisped bread on a plate and top with the tomato.
5. Drizzle with some olive oil (about a teaspoon per slice).
6. Serve as an appetizer

Notes

after 5 step, u can also bake the bruschetta for 1-2 minutes, make it more warm
