Instructions
1. Preheat the grill-pan to proper temperature. once it is hot enough, adjust the fir to lower level. (let a few drops of cold water fall on it, if the water just bounces and sputters, the pan is ready to use).
2. Clean and sliced zucchini, grease the oil both sides and sprinkle salt, then put into pan.
3. before put shrimps into pan, brush it with olive oil as well.
4. Turn the shrimps and zucchini.
5. Ready to serve. can be added some flavor, such as pepper, garlic powder..etc.
Notes
In whole grilling process, temperature control is very important. can not be too hot. adjust fir level from time to time if necessary.
