Ingredients
| 300 | Gram | all-purpose flour |
| 10 | Tablespoon | butter (undalted) |
| 130 | Gram | sugar |
| 2 | egg yolks | |
| 1 | eggs |
Instructions
1. Combing the flour, sugar, butter, 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolk, until the mixture forms into a dough.
2. Take out mixture and place on a work surface lightly with flour, knead until the dough is consistent.
3. Take a pieces of dough and roll it out into square/sheet shape with about 1cm thick. Gently press model onto dough to get different shape.
4. Place it on a baking sheet and put into oven.
5. Cook the cookies in a preheated oven at 375F(190C) for around 20 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
If you are lucky to have a pasta machine, Just put all ingredients into machine, that will mix everything, and come out the square/sheet shape, that your model designed. As shown in last picture.
