olive oil, salt, fresh lemon |
Instructions
1. Boil the water with salt, then put into asparagus for around 5 minutes.(cooking time based on personal favor and the size of asparagus, better check from time to time)
2. At the same time, boil the eggs in another pan. when eggs are cooked well, put them into cold water, and take the egg shell off. cut the egg into small cube.
3. Place the asparagus into dish plate nicely, sprinkle salt.
4. Add the eggs on top, and sprinkle olive oil,lemon juice, and a little bit salt.
Notes
black pepper can be added at the last step as well.
