Description

Balsamic is made from a reduction of cooked grape juice and not a vinegar in the usual sense. it is commonly used for fruit together with sugar.

Ingredients

400	Gram	strawberries
4	Tablespoon	sugar
2	Tablespoon	balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Wash,hull and cut the strawberry.
2. Put in a bowl, and sprinkle with sugar. Drizzle with vinegar.
3. Let it rest in fridge for at least 3 hours. severed with chill.
