Ingredients
2 | Cup | heavy cream |
1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
5 | Tablespoon | sugar |
1 | Package | gelatin |
1 | Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1 | Pinch | salt |
100 | Gram | raspberries (optional) |
Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin in the cold milk. In the meantime bring the cream, sugar and salt to a simmer.
Remove from heat and combine with the milk and gelatine. Add the vanilla extract and put in the ramekins of your choice.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
When it's time to serve, unmold and garnish with the raspberries.
Notes
Chocolate sauce, caramel, berry sauce can all be used as garnishes.
