4 | Tablespoon | extra virgin olive oil |
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F(200C)
2. Wash and peel the potato, and cut in cube. if new potato, skin can be kept.
3. Drop some oil in baking dish to avoid potato stick to the dish when in baking process.
4. Place the potatoes in baking dish, put more oil, salt, rosemary, mixed together. Sir the potato once for a while.
5. Baking for around 30 minutes, and take out from oven resting for 5 minute, ready for serving.
Notes
for step 5, the baking time is depend on the shape of potatoes be cut, can be more longer or shorter. better to be checked from time to time.
this dish can also be served with hot freshly ground pepper, just sprinkle over the potatoes once it moved out from oven.
