3 | Tablespoon | sugar |
1 3⁄4 | Teaspoon | baking powder |
1 | Teaspoon | salt |
1 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
2 | eggs | |
3 | Tablespoon | butter (melted) |
1 1⁄2 | Cup | flour |
Instructions
1. Whisk together in a large bowl:
regular flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
2. Combine in another bowl:
milk, melted butter, egges
3. mix the liquid ingredients quickly with dry ingredients.(beat good)
4. Should you use butter to grease skillet lightly if your skillet is not non-stick. and continue to do so as needed between bathes.
5. Heat the skillet to a proper temperature. (let a few drops of cold water fall on it, if the water just bounces and sputters, the pan is ready to use).
6. As u wish, take proper batter to skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes(based on size to adjust time)
7. Until bubbles have appeared on the surface, lift the edges of cake with a spatula to check if the undersides have browned. if yes, turn the pancake. Turn the pancake just only once, and cook only until the second side is done. the second side takes only half as long to cook as the first.
8. Pancakes are best served at once.
Notes
if u want to use some model to have different shape of pancake, the tools need to be greased as well, to prevent the batter sticking to models.
