Description

绿绿的豌豆, 粉色的虾, 一道春意盎然的意大利面, 看似都活蹦乱跳的样子。 只要20分钟, 就能给自己一个绿色心情。 也很推荐用咸的小虾米, 来代替大虾, 很有味道的样子哦。

Ingredients

400Grampasta (liguine是一种长条形的意大利面)
200Gram
100Gram豌豆
4Clove大蒜
4Tablespoon橄榄油
  烹饪用白酒, 盐
2Tablespoonparsley(香芹)

Instructions

1. 把水烧开, 按照意大利面的标准程序煮pasta.
2. 橄榄油放入长柄浅锅加热, 放入切好的大蒜, 直到大蒜曾淡淡的金黄色。
3. 把虾放入油锅, 7分钟左右。(时间根据虾的大小上下调整)
4. 加入白酒2-3分钟, 加入豌豆, 煮2-3分钟.
5. 把滤干的面和香芹(parsley), 放入长柄煎锅中搅拌, 1-2分钟即可。 可分餐享用。

Notes

辣椒和大蒜可同时放入油锅, 喜欢辣的朋友。
此道菜, 比较适合用长条形状的意大利面(Spaghetti,linguine)。
