Ingredients
400 | Gram | linguine |
200 | Gram | shrimp |
100 | Gram | peas |
4 | Clove | garlic |
4 | Tablespoon | extra virgin olive oil |
1⁄4 | Cup | white wine |
2 | Tablespoon | parsley |
Instructions
1. Start to boil the water, cook the pasta based on standard cooking procedure.
2. Cut garlic, fry in skillet with olive oil, until garlic slightly gold.
3. Add shrimp to skillet and cook for a few minutes(depend on the size of shrimp).
4. Add wine, wait wine to evaporate for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add peas, cook another 2-3 minutes.
6. Drain the pasta, mix it with sauce in skillet, add parsley, serve.
Notes
Hot pepper can be added with garlic at the beginning, if you like hot taste.
you can use Spaghetti, if you do not have linguine.
