Ingredients
400 | Gram | spaghetti |

Instructions
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Slice the garlic and the hot pepper and fry until the garlic turns slightly golden.
In the meantime cook the pasta according to the standard instructions.
Drain the pasta and saute in the skillet with the garlic and oil sauce for 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh hot peppers will yield the best flavor but dried hot pepper flakes can be used if fresh peppers are not available.
Adjust the quantity of pepper to suit your personal taste and the spiciness of the pepper used.
