Instructions
1. Clean the mushrooms and get rid of stem.
2. Preheat the grill-pan to proper temperature. once it is hot enough, adjust the fir to lower level. (let a few drops of cold water fall on it, if the water just bounces and sputters, the pan is ready to use).
3. Brush mushrooms with olive oil, sprinkle salt, put into pan. Weight down the mushroom with grill press.(if do not have grill press, simply use a brick wrapped in aluminum)
4. Turn the mushrooms once.
5. Serve immediately. Green vegetable and tomato can be used as garnish.
Notes
In whole grilling process, temperature control is very important. can not be too hot. adjust fir level from time to time if necessary.
Sprinkle some pepper if u like spicy flavor.
