Instructions
1. Soak the beans overnight. Risen, then put into a saucepan with one chile and garlic cloves. bring to a boil, skim, and simmer for 45 minutes. Drain,season and add olive oil, and keep warm.
2. Heat a thick bottomed skillet large enough to hold the scallops in one layer. Season the scallops on both sides. When the skillet is very hot, sear the scallops for 30 seconds on each side, then remove.
3. Reduce the heat. add 1 tbsp oil to the skillet alone with some sliced chiles. Squeeze the fresh lemon over and shake the skillet for 1 minute.
4. Divided the warm beans with four plates. Place the scallops, chiles from skillet on top of beans.
Notes
Chile is hot, that make people like spicy taste dish more flavor. if people do not like spicy, just do not include chiles in dish. the pictures shown here, no chiles at all, also taste great.
