今天中午抽空烧了一回煲仔饭，当场记录了一下调味汁的配方。

1. 李锦记“味极鲜”（就是鲜酱油）一勺半
2. 冷开水一勺半（光放酱油太咸了）
3. 味精、糖各少许
4. 麻油、白胡椒粉各少许
都是很寻常的调料噢。放入微波炉加热15秒，一来可以调得更均匀，二来热的调味汁浇入烧好的煲仔饭更合适。

Laguna Seca向来是motogp非常著名的一个站点。 本着对“famous "Corkscrew" at Turns 8 and 8A“的无限好奇， 2010的7月终于来此看看。
美食篇：
除了精彩的赛况， 有幸还参加了由一群情绪高涨的意大利人组成的BBQ party. 美食呀，来吃吃！！

查了下维基百科， 上面说：
